Returns are allowed only for spoiled products, e.g. a corked wine, flat or stale beer, etc. In these cases the customer must bring the product in its original container (e.g. bottle, remainder of a four-pack, etc) and seal (e.g. cork) to the store and request the refund. Customers will be refunded via their original payment method.
